Stefanie’s successes are enhanced by her multi-faced background, from her extensive career in healthcare in Europe as a registered nurse and as a psychologist.
Stefanie is known for her warmth, humor and open heart. One client conveyed this sentiment best, “I met a coach, but at the end I said good bye to a friend.”
Stefanie has a wide range of experiences in Family Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Marriage Counseling and Individual Coaching. You will have a very honest and warm hearted coach, who is never afraid to challenge you. After working with her, you will not see the world the same way as before. You will have new perspectives and new tools to use and to enjoy your life to the fullest.
Stefanie loves what she is doing. Like a triathlon athlete who feels energized while swimming, running and biking she feels totally in her element when she gets the chance to coach people and assist them in living a happier life.
Since everybody has different challenges in life and comes with a different past, present and future, coaching sessions are fully adapted to your needs. Stefanie will guide you by teaching about blind spots, belief systems and becoming aware of the “don’t know I don’t know”. The first step in transforming towards a happier life is awareness of one’s emotions, actions, belief systems and willingness to accept responsibilities that belong to you.
